Orders are usually despatched within 7 working days of payment being processed, but please allow 28 days.

Goldmaster Records accept the following payment methods:

Pay online - by PayPal
We accept online payments via the PayPal secure server.

Pay offline - Send payment by post
You can place an order online and then post your payment and order details to us. Your order will be held on file until we receive your payment. Please note that we cannot confirm goods will always remain in stock so this process should be completed as quickly as possible.

For UK customers we accept cheques or postal orders. For overseas customers international giro or sterling bank draft. No foreign currency accepted.

Cheques should be made payable to Goldmaster Records.

Under no circumstances will we accept cash payments by post. We cannot be held responsible for uninsured items lost in post so please arrange insurance/tracking services for all deliveries as required.

Full payment instructions will be provided during the ordering process based upon your required payment type.

Postage & packing is different depending on where you are ordering from:

UK: £2.00 for the first item and 0.50 pence per additional item.
EEC: £2.50 for the first item and £1.00 per additional item.
WORLD: £3.50 for the first item and £1.00 per additional item.

CDs are £8.50 each
7" Singles £2.00 each

Prices displayed upon this web site reflect the current price at the time of going to press. We maintain our system to ensure that any price changes are reflected as soon as possible.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

To add products to your cart click on the buy button next to the product price. This will add 1 item to your list. Once items are in your cart you can change the order quanity as desired. To remove a product from your cart set the quantity to zero. When changing quantities you must press the 'update' button to store the new quantities.

Once you have finished shopping you can proceed to the checkout where you provide your contact and delivery details. At this stage you will also be presented with payment and delivery options based upon your geographical location.
